Shipping Policy:
- Domestic Shipping: We use Australia Post for all orders. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $100, a flat rate applies.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
- International Shipping: Rates and times vary by destination. Customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Timing: Orders placed before 12pm WST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm WST will ship the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Mimi et Lion, your satisfaction is paramount. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges are only valid for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Exclusions apply to items marked as final sale, as well as personalized or custom-made products.
- Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of faulty items.
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
- Exchange Process: Due to the unique nature of our inventory, exchanges are subject to item availability. We will facilitate an exchange for a different size or an equivalent item if available.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the product within 7 days for a store credit or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Note that change of mind returns do not qualify for a refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
